Day of Prayer - January 24th

GPFC stood alongside all Diocese of Delhi churches to intercede for our country, the world, and the Church 

The first session of Prayer began at 10 AM with Thanksgiving and worship led by Rev. Kamal Mall. The meditation for this session was on the word of God from Acts Chapter 12 (When the church prayed for Peter's release from prison) Prayers were done for our country and all the leaders of the world. This was followed by a time of  worship after which prayers were done for places of war and crisis. We later divided into smaller groups to pray for all the state leaders for unity, peace and justice.

The second session was led by Rev. Dn Illyashi Harrison who led us in prayer for the CNI Synod, Synodical Committee their commissions and Board of Social Services. Meditation for the second session was from 2nd Chronicles Ch. 7 (God's second appearance to Solomon)

After a hearty meal, the group  began the 3rd Prayer session led by Mr. Emmanuel Chand  when we prayed for GPFC, For illegally occupied properties in Delhi Diocese, Evangelical Missions & Christian Organisations, upcoming lent events, Revival in CNI & other Churches

In the final session for the day, we earnestly prayed for all the sick, unemployed, clean air, peace in Manipur, persecuted Christians, upcoming elections, all pastors, world's economy, police, doctors, army, and also for humanitarian needs.
